The Bureau of Programming and Management (PROGRAM) advises the Director-General and assists ILO management and staff on programme planning, resource allocation, implementation reporting. It produces the ILO's Programme and Budget and related documents. It analyses and recommends improvements in management systems and procedures. Its work is based on a commitment to results-based management and budgeting and to organization changes, effectiveness and efficiency.
