108th Session, 26 October - 13 November 2009

The Tribunal will hold its 108th Session from 26 October to 13 November 2009 at the International Labour Office (ILO), Geneva.

Unless it decides otherwise it will rule on the written submissions alone and hold no hearings.

The Tribunal's judgments will be announced in public on Wednesday 3rd February 2010 at 3pm at the ILO (Room IX floor R2). Complainants and their counsel and the defendants' agents may attend, but they are not required to do so. The texts of the judgments will be sent to the parties by post, not by fax or e-mail.

The texts will be put on the Internet (www.ilo.org/trib) within several days of delivery.
